"This was THE best dental experience I have EVER had in my life. Big shout-out to Claudia, who made my experience seamless. My only regret was not going here before anywhere else. From reception to the doctors and everyone in between were very kind and hospitable. They have great technology things I’ve needed in the past that were like pulling teeth (you see what I did there), were no sweat, easy peasy one two three. They were very efficient and accommodating with my dental emergency. I was confident in the competency of the practitioners working with me. I’ll never go anywhere else again. I have real dental trauma from horrible past experiences. Dentistry can be costly, but my experience was worth every penny. They take insurance and have other coverage options that may be suited to your budget so that you can get the dental care you need. If I could give 10/10, that’s what I’d give. I’m personally referring everyone I know because they are AMAZING. Dr. Krissy was AWESOME, informed you every step, ensured comfort. Natalie really was AMAZING. If you guys see this, thank you all."

From the moment you walk in, the administrative staff greets you with such genuine friendliness that it immediately puts you at ease. The hygienist provides exceptional, thorough care and somehow makes even the routine cleanings feel like a spa visit. And the dentists—truly the gentlest I’ve ever experienced—take their time, explain everything clearly, and make sure you’re completely comfortable during every procedure. They even offered me a pillow and blanket, which made such a difference and showed how much they truly care about their patients’ comfort. I’m so happy we discovered this place. They’ve officially become our family dentist for as long as we’re here! Highly, highly recommend."

"After developing severe pain in a molar that had already had a root canal and crown just before Christmas, I looked for emergency dental services and found Chester Road Family Dental. They were able to take a 3D X-ray, and Dr. Ethan Jang was able to point out the existence of several areas of infection around the roots that previous visits to my own dentist, and the emergency room (X-ray, CT scan, and blood work) did not identify. He extracted the tooth the very next day, finding not only that there was infection but also an abscess that he drained. Everyone was competent and friendly."
