Please bring the following to your first visit:
- Any X-rays that were taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Any current medical concerns or conditions
- Dental insurance, if you are covered and paying through insurance

Insurance Providers
Our office is in-network with Cigna, Delta Dental, and GEHA, but we accept most major providers. If you have any questions about your provider, give us a call, and we'd be happy to check you're coverage. We can also file and track your claims to ensure you're getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
