Rebecca joined the practice in 2017 and is our Office Manager. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years. Her dental journey started as a dental assistant, and she has transitioned over the years to a manager. Rebecca oversees the office and tries to ensure that every patient has a GREAT dental experience from the back to the front. She has a passion for helping people and enjoys building relationships with patients and staff.

When she is not at the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, and their two beautiful children. Like most moms, she is busy running from sports events and cheer practices but enjoys finding time to learn and grow in her field. To relax, she loves hiking with her 2 huskies, going kayaking, enjoys making cards, and hanging out with her friends and family.

Sarah is part of our amazing front desk team and joined the practice in 2019 as our Treatment Coordinator. When you walk into Chester Road Family Dental, she is one of the smiling faces greeting you. Sarah moved to the Richmond area about two years ago with her fiancé Tommy and has recently purchased a home in RVA. Sarah is a Rockstar at helping patients understand their treatment and getting them scheduled for their dental needs. She continues expanding her dental knowledge and enjoys getting to know each of her patients and helping them in any way she can.

In her free time, you can find Sarah out visiting breweries, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Tilly.

Staci has been with Chester Road Family Dental since 2018. She is the smiling face; you see when you walk into our office. Staci takes on many duties at our front desk and enjoys helping patients in any way she can. One of her favorite things about working with patients is getting to know each of them when they come into the office.

Staci moved to Chester in 2013 with her husband and recently moved to be New Kent to be closer to family. She has two beautiful daughters who keep her busy. During her time out of the office, you can find her out on the water fishing with her husband or at home spending time with her precious girls.

Jenny has enjoyed working in dentistry in both Virginia and Florida for over 16 years! She has mainly focused on dental insurance and has enjoyed helping patients get the most out of their benefits. Originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina (a Tarheel by birth!), she grew up in Chesterfield County, VA, and graduated from L.C. Bird high school. After high school, she went on to Bible college with a ministry focus. She and her husband Daniel have been married for 12 years and have a sweet and funny little boy named Joshua, who is 4 (and obsessed with hot wheels cars)

When she's not working, she enjoys music! She and her husband sing and play guitars. Her whole family is musical-mom, dad, sisters, and brother (no awkward family bands growing up, luckily!)

She also loves to bake and cook. Coffee is life!

Lauren joined the practice in the fall of 2020 as a part of our incredible front office team, taking on the role of Billing Coordinator. She has known she wanted to work in the dental field since she was a little girl. Her journey started in the Spring of 2015 when she completed dental assisting school, and she has transitioned to the front office role over the years. She loves helping her patients and seeing the confidence we give them each day by improving their smiles! Lauren was born and raised in Dinwiddie County, where she still lives with her son Barrett & fur baby Chloe. In her free time, you can find Lauren spending time with her family and friends, going out to eat at local restaurants, and getting on as many beach trips as she can!

Angelica, also known as Gel, joined Chester Road Family Dental in 2019 and worked in the dental field for over 5 years. She was born and raised in Richmond, VA and graduated from L.C. Bird high school and now lives and works in Chester. Angelica likes getting to know her patients and making them feel comfortable.

She has a beautiful daughter named Avery, who keeps her busy while not at the office. She also loves cats and has three fur babies. You will find Gel spending time with her daughter, hanging out with family, and playing ultimate frisbee in her free time.

Sovadee, known as Dee in the office, is one of our dental assistants, and her hometown is in the Midlothian area. She graduated from Thomas Dale High School and attended VCU, where she performed as a member of the gold rush dance team. She brings great energy to the office, and you will always see her with a smile on her face. Dee loves teeth, loves learning about teeth, and helping patients take care of their teeth.

In her time out of the office, you can find her snuggling with her puppy, dancing, or hanging out with family and friends on the water.

Brittany is one of our incredible dental assistants. She was born and raised in Dinwiddie County, where she graduated from Dinwiddie high school. After graduating high school, Brittany attended Centura College, where she got her certifications to become a Dental Assistant. Brittany has worked in the dental field for over 5 years and loves teeth and everything about dentistry. Being able to make her patients comfortable makes her day great.

When Brittany is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys anything that involves being outdoors.

Taylor is part of our excellent dental assistant team. She grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia, graduating from Landmark Christian School. After school Taylor went to pursue her dental assistant career in Nashville, Tennessee, she grew as an assistant for one year at a family practice until she realized her heart belonged to Virginia. Taylor made a move back to Virginia. Taylor lives with her significant other, Matthew, and their fur baby Bobbi. Her ultimate goal is to be a dental hygienist as I love helping patients grow in their oral health understanding and making them feel comfortable in the dental chair.

In Taylor's spare time, she likes to go fishing, relax at the beach, and hang out with family and friends.

Claudia was born in Cuba and came to the U.S. when she was 6 years old. She was raised in Newport News, VA, and recently moved to Chester after she married the love of her life in March of 2020. She has worked in the dental field for over 5 years. Claudia loves when patients leave her chair happy and confident with their smiles. Another fun fact about Claudia is that she speaks Spanish, and she enjoys seeing the Hispanic/Latino community's eyes light up when they can trust and speak to someone who understands them. When Claudia is not at work, you will find her hanging out with her family. She also loves to travel and relax at home.

Kathryn is one of our amazing hygienists. She attended Matoaca High School and completed her dental hygiene degree at Virginia Western in Roanoke, VA. Kathryn also attended Virginia Tech and majored in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. She worked at a physical therapy clinic before pursuing her career as a dental hygienist. One of Kathryn's favorite things about being a hygienist is building rapport with her patients and aiding in their oral health needs.

Kathryn has been married for five years to her husband, Wade, and has a step-daughter, Alyssa. Kathryn loves to read, hike, and hang out with her dog, Bailey, in her spare time. If she is not here, you can catch her in the mountains of Southwest Virginia.

Tabetha joined the hygiene team in November of 2020. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University, where she was also a cheerleader! She brings a lot of positivity and encouragement to the office, which reflects in her patient care. Tabetha has a passion for patient education and making her patient comfortable when they see her for their dental hygiene needs. When you see Tab in the office, you will feel confident that she is smiling under her mask! Outside of the office, Tabetha loves community involvement and is an advocate for equality. She enjoys anything outdoors, from snowboarding to wake surfing, and especially camping. Flex is her 6-year-old fur baby and can be found along Tab’s side in (most of) her adventures.

Caroline enjoys getting to know her patients and learning about their lives during their visits. She believes that conversations create a bond and appreciates the opportunity to be a part of each person's life. Caroline's job is to treat and prevent gum disease and educate patients about the importance of caring for their oral health. Caroline started working in the dental field in 2006 as a dental assistant, then studied dental hygiene at Thomas Nelson Community College. After moving back from VA Beach recently, she joined Chester Road Family Dental and loves being a part of a team that helps our patients and supports each other. When not working, Caroline can often be found on the beach or somewhere on the water. She grew up here in Chester and has always been passionate about dentistry. She enjoys continuing learning about oral health care and the new advances in dentistry.

Mandie has been in the dental field for over 13 years. She started as a dental assistant and then decided to further her education and attend Halifax Community College to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. She joined the Chester Road Family Dental hygiene team in 2021. Mandie enjoys building relationships with her patients and making sure they are comfortable during their entire visit.

When not at work, Mandie loves to travel and spend time with her husband Matt of almost 5 years. They enjoy taking Maci, their chocolate lab, to the lake for walks.
