Family (3 or more): 5% discount off total membership cost

Yearly Membership Plans include:

4 dental exams, as needed
Unlimited X-rays, as needed
2 routine cleanings or 30% off periodontal-related services
Oral cancer screening
1 fluoride treatment

Membership also includes:

20% off dental treatment
15% off implant services
15% orthodontic services

* Patients can receive savings of at least $150 per year. If you receive any dental treatment, this number increases significantly.
