How Our Team is Assessing COVID-19

At Chester Road Family Dental, we care about your visit and want to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. Our team is following all CDC guidelines for remaining proactive during these uncertain times and making sure our office is clean and safe for you and your family. To provide complete transparency, we are providing you with a step-by-step guide on what to expect during your next visit.

All common areas are disinfected hourly. This includes but is not limited to counters, tables, chairs, doorknobs and registration materials.
Staff temperatures are taken daily. Once entering the building we check the temperature and complete a health screening log daily. All staff are wearing masks while in the building and our PPE has increased with our clinical staff.
Patient screenings and forms are completed prior to your visit.

Our Sterilization Equipment

We have two dedicated sterilization stations featuring the latest innovative technology to keep our instruments clean and ready to use for your next visit. We have also installed high-grade air purifiers around the building. Plus, we use Dry Shields to help and element aerosols and high extra oral vacuums that will element aerosols as well.

Patients will call or text once they arrive. A team member will then meet you at the car to bring you in for your appointment. Our waiting room is currently closed.
We have extended our appointment times to provide extra time between patients.
We will text or email you any patient forms prior to your appointment.
Patient rooms are disinfected before and after each patient.

We are asking that our patients wear a mask to their appointments. Also, we ask anyone that accompanies a patient to the office to wait in the comfort of their car due to our waiting room being closed. A minor patient may be accompanied by 1 parent/guardian, but must be wearing a mask and may be asked to wait outside of the treatment room.
